3)                       Contest Period

The Promotion starts at 00:00:00 on 1st October 2022 and closes at 23:59:59 on 30 November 2022.
     

4)                       Eligibility

The Promotion is open to all Malaysian citizens and permanent residents in Malaysia aged 18 years and above with valid identification number (MyKad or MyPR) as on 1st October 2022.

 

The following groups of persons shall not be eligible to participate in the Promotion:

 

(a)    Employees of the Organiser and its group of companies and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings, and their spouses); 

(b)    Employees of the Organiser’s agencies associated with the Promotion and their immediate families (spouse, children, parents, siblings, and their spouses).

 

5)                       Entry Method 

Purchase a minimum worth of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty (RM50.00) (“Minimum Value”) of any participating BRAND’S® InnerShine® products in a single receipt (“Proof of Purchase”) from any outlets (in-store & online store) during the contest period.

6)                       Entry Deadline

All entries must be received by the Organiser on or before 23:59:59   on 30^th November 2022.
 

7)                       Verification Details

•          All Required Personal details and purchase requirements fulfilled.
•          Clear snapshot of the Proof of Purchase indicating the Products, receipt number, date, purchase value, and outlet name.
•          Validity of the purchase date (within the contest period).
•          The Organiser does not accept any alteration of Proof of Purchase in any form. Handwritten receipt, Purchase Order and/or Delivery Note will not be accepted as Proof of Purchase.

8)                       Steps to Join

•          Step 1

o   Purchase worth of RM50 InnerShine® products at any participating stores in a single receipt

•          Step 2

o   Write a InnerShine® testimonial on your FB/IG post and tag @InnerShineClub with the hashtag #takebackyourshine
 

9)                       Winner Selection

Winners will be selected based on the entries that meet the requirements; followed by 90% creativity and 10% suitability.

10)                   Prizes

Grand Prize worth RM1,000 x 25 winners

•          Bring a friend along to a 2D1N retreat session at 5-stars hotel in Klang Valley
•          High tea session with Diana Danielle
•          The details of the grand prize and number of winners at the end of the contest period are as follows

o   The retreat date and hotel location will be announced by The Organiser in their FB/IG page. Participants agree to access Malaysia's Instagram and / or Facebook pages on a regular basis to ensure that Participants are always aware of any changes and updates.https://www.facebook.com/innershineclub

o   The Prize excludes travel between the potential winner’s home to hotel and vice versa, Flights, hotels, transfers and other relevant arrangement and expenses from potential winner’s home to hotel and vice versa are to be managed by the potential winner and are at their own cost.

o   The prize is not transferrable, exchangeable, or redeemable in cash, credit or rebate and there is no refund value.

o   The Prize does not include any additional taxes and incidental charges of a personal nature, such as room service, mini-bar and in-room movies, incidentals or service charges are the responsibility of the potential winner and must be paid by the potential winner directly to the hotel and in accordance with the payment terms and conditions of such Hotel.

11)                   Prizes claim

•          Announcement will be made within 2 weeks after the contest ends on Facebook InnerShine Club.
•          The date of claim is subject in the official letter of the winner. The winner is required to reply to the Organizer within 7 days after the results are announced. The winner is deemed to renounce the winner if he does not comply with this condition and the prize will be forfeited and the rights returned to the organizer.
•          The Organiser retains the right to substitute any prize with another prize of similar value if the original prize offered is not available.
•          The Organiser excludes its responsibilities and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes or modification to the Promotion or prizes or due to any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control such as governmental interference, civil commotion, riot, war, strikes, act of terrorism (including but not limited to any act of violence, hostility, national emergency, occurrence of any epidemic/pandemic outbreaks) and for any act or default by any third party suppliers or vendors.
•          The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or damage that occurs to the prizes during the delivery process. Any other additional costs (i.e., travel expenses, transportation cost, duties and taxes) involved to redeem or collect the prize shall be borne by the winner at their own cost.
•          Prize(s) are given out on an “as is” basis. The Prize shall be used/taken entirely at the risk of the Participants and the Organiser, its agent, sponsor, representatives or third party excludes all warranties and liabilities in connection with the Prize to the fullest extent permitted by law.
•          Upon redemption, the original receipt(s) of the purchase entered into the Contest must be presented as proof of purchase. The photos, notification alone does not qualify as proof of purchase.

12)  Limitation of Liability 

•            The Participant’s participation in the Contest shall be at the Participant’s own risk. 

•            The Organiser, Suntory Beverage & Food Sdn Bhd, its, directors, officers, employees, agents, sponsors and/or representatives shall not be liable to any Participant in respect of any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained by the Participant arising out of or in connection with the participation by the Participant in the Contest, as well as the redemption and/or utilisation of any Prize won. 

•            The Organiser, Suntory Beverage & Food Sdn Bhd, its, directors, officers, employees, agents, sponsors and/or representatives shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay and/or failure in the receipt of entry due to the inability of the respective Internet Service Provider (“ISP”) company and/or telecommunication network to provide timely and/or efficient internet and/or telecommunication services. 

13) Indemnity

Each Participant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless each of the Organiser, its holding, subsidiary or related companies as defined in the Companies Act 2016 (“Suntory Beverage & Food Malaysia Sdn Bhd”), directors, officers, employees, agents, sponsors and/or representatives against any and all losses, rights, claims, actions and damages (including special, indirect and consequential damages) arising from or incurred as a result of the Participant’s participation in the Contest, acceptance of any Prize, and/or the use of the Participant’s entry and/or likeness in connection with the Promotion or violation of the Terms and Conditions.
 

14) Additional Terms and Conditions

a.     The decision of the Organizer on all matters relating to the promotion and the Prizes is final, conclusive and binding on all Participants. Objections and / or    appeals will NOT be entertained

 b    By participating in this promotion, Participants agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this promotion and the relevant Terms & Conditions that may be imposed by the Organizer from time to time.

c.     Any changes, additions, cancellations or amendments to the Terms and Conditions by the Organizer are valid and subject to the Participant giving a minimum of seven (7) days notice before the changes, additions, cancellations or amendments take effect.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.

Participant in this promotion, the Participant hereby voluntarily consents to the Organizer and / or its affiliates, to use the Personal Data and Entry Details provided to the Organizer for the purposes of this promotion only.
